Explore this featureEvents rarely fail because of one feature, they fail in the gaps between tools
Invitations in an email tool, registration in a form builder, the guest list in a spreadsheet, check-in in a separate app: every hand-off costs time, and every copy of the list is out of date the moment it is made. AirLST runs all features on one guest record.
- One record per guest from invitation to report, no syncing between tools
- Every RSVP shows up instantly in the guest list, check-in and seating chart
- Roles, permissions and an audit log apply in every module
- Data hosted on servers in Germany, AirLST is TISAX assessed
- Connects to Salesforce, HubSpot and AI assistants through the API and MCP
From invitation to report on one guest record
Invite, register, organize.
Six features prepare the event: invitations, registration, website, guest list, contacts and tickets all work on the same guest.
Check in, print, seat.
Five features carry the event day: entry, badges, leads at the booth, seats and the app on your guests' phones.
Measure, automate, connect.
Five features work afterwards and behind the scenes: reporting, feedback, automations, integrations and AI assistants.
How teams combine the features
- Conferences: registration, ticketing, the agenda in the event app and check-in per session, see conference management
- Trade shows: exhibitors, visitor registration and lead retrieval at the booth, see trade show management
- Corporate events: invitation, RSVP with plus-one, seating chart and entry, see corporate event management
- Annual general meetings: accreditation, entry and attendance documented for the record, see annual general meetings
- Corporate hospitality: allotments, approvals and guests per sponsorship package, see corporate hospitality

Event management software features: FAQ
What features should event management software have?
It should cover the whole event cycle: email invitations, online registration, an event website, the guest list, ticketing, check-in with badges and seating, an attendee app, reporting and post-event surveys, plus workflows and integrations. In AirLST all of these modules work on the same guest record.
What is the difference between features and solutions?
Features are the modules of the platform and answer the question "what can this module do?". Solutions show how the modules work together for a specific event type, such as a conference or a customer event. Edge cases that no standard setup covers are handled as special configurations of the platform.
Can I use only some of the features?
Yes. The modules build on each other (the guest list is the basis for check-in and reporting), but you can use as much or as little of them per event as you need. A webinar may only need invitations and registration; a customer event adds tickets, seating and on-site check-in. The core features are included in every plan, see pricing.
Does AirLST scale to large events?
Yes. More than 20 million attendees have been managed with AirLST, at companies such as Zalando, Amazon and Mercedes-Benz. Munich Airport checked in 80,000 attendees across 20 check-in points. For company-wide use with roles, templates and integrations, see event management software.
Do privacy controls apply to every feature?
Yes. Roles and permissions, consent per guest and an audit log apply in every module. All data is stored on servers in Germany, AirLST is GDPR compliant and TISAX assessed (TISAX is the information security assessment standard of the automotive industry). Details are in the Trust Center.
