FAQ

Frequently asked questions about industries

Which industries is AirLST built for?

Nine industries, taken from the AirLST customer base: manufacturing, pharma and medtech, the public sector in Europe, automotive, retail and consumer brands, banking and insurance, media and entertainment, sports and hospitality, and event agencies. Each industry page lists the requirements that apply there, the roles involved and their questions, the typical events and a customer reference with numbers.

Is there a separate version of AirLST for each industry?

No. Every industry works on the same platform and the same guest list. What changes is the configuration: guest categories and their permissions, allocations per dealer, sponsor or branch, approval steps, templates in your corporate design and the records your procurement or compliance team asks for. The building blocks are described under Features.

How is an industry page different from a solution or a feature page?

An industry page answers "who is it for": which rules apply in your sector, who has a say and which customers prove it. A solution answers "how" for one type of event, such as a conference or an annual general meeting. A feature describes one module, such as the guest list. Industry pages do not repeat any of that; they link to it.

Why are corporate events and trade shows not listed as industries?

Both are types of events, not industries, so they sit with the solutions: corporate event management for summer parties, anniversaries, kickoffs and holiday parties, and trade show management for trade shows and in-house shows.

How do I know AirLST has run events in my industry?

Each industry is backed by customers: Zalando, Amazon, Mercedes-Benz, About You, ProSiebenSat.1, Telefónica, Munich Airport, Engie, Essity, Interhyp, medi, Uhlmann and the Ulm Chamber of Commerce have case studies, and the logo wall on the home page shows further customers per industry. The projects are collected under customer stories.
