ProSiebenSat.1 case studyGermany's Next Topmodel: invitations, tickets and check-in in one system.
This ProSiebenSat.1 case study shows how the German TV broadcaster ran invitations and RSVPs for Germany's Next Topmodel on AirLST: 5,000 attendees, 150 VIP tickets, 15,000 emails, and every guest checked in on site with one app.
The challenge
One of the media group's most important shows.
Germany's Next Topmodel is the German edition of the Top Model format. With an 18.5% market share and 2.73 million viewers, it is one of the most important shows of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE. The bar for the invitation was set just as high: the invitation and RSVP process had to feel stylish, hip and on trend.
Besides the exact placement of VIPs, most tickets went on public sale through ProSiebenSat.1's in-house shop. On site, however, every guest had to be checked in with one piece of software, no matter how they got their ticket.
The AirLST solution
An RSVP page in the style of the show, one entrance for every ticket.
For the RSVP page, emails and tickets, AirLST's developers got to go all out: an embedded trailer, different content for each guest group and permission level, a countdown to show day and detailed travel directions for each guest via Google Maps are just a few of the features.
Ticket sales data from Tickethall, ProSiebenSat.1's in-house ticketing system, flowed into the AirLST account. That way, the barcode tickets sold in the shop and the QR code tickets for VIPs could be scanned and validated with one and the same app on an iPhone. On site, AirLST trained the hostesses on the AirLST Pro app and provided support all evening.

The result
Every guest checked in with one piece of software.
Invitations, RSVPs and entry all ran on AirLST: VIP guests with QR code tickets and buyers from public sales with barcode tickets got into the show through the same app. Guests received their invitation and RSVP page in the look of Germany's Next Topmodel, with the information that fit their guest group.
