Event website builder.Landing pages with registration built in.
AirLST includes an event website builder that creates a landing page for your event without coding: build it from content blocks, add subpages for agenda, hotel and FAQ, publish it in your languages, on your domain, in your branding. The registration form on the page writes straight to your guest list.
Four steps from invitation to the door.
An event website in your look & feel.
Template, blocks and design in self-service; your page goes live the same day.
The form is a block on the page and writes to the guest list, with capacity limits and confirmation.
Agenda, hotel, FAQ and contact in English and German, from one source.
Website, invitation, ticket and event app from the same template.
Create an event website: add blocks, fill them in, publish.
The webpage builder works with content blocks: title, image, text, agenda, speakers, venue with map, registration, FAQ, contact. Drag them onto the page, fill them in and check the preview; logo, colors and fonts come from your event design. No HTML, no waiting on an agency.
Build landing pages with AI: how your AI assistant creates the page and registration form in Airstage is shown on the AirLST MCP server page.
A day for the retail of tomorrow: a keynote, twelve sessions and an evening where the real conversations happen.
Ready-made, adjustable templates for landing pages, emails and tickets in your design.
Agenda, speakers and registration pull their content from the event; change the program and the page updates with it.
Draft, preview, publish; changes go live right away.
Home, agenda, hotel, FAQ, contact. In every language your guests speak.
A customer event needs one page, a conference needs six. Subpages are built from the same blocks, with navigation and their own content. You add language versions for each page; guests see the page, the form and the confirmation in their language.
- Subpages as neededHome, agenda, speakers, hotel and travel, FAQ, contact, privacy policy, terms of participation.
- Language versionsTwo languages included; more languages set up as a service.
- Public or invite-onlyVisible to everyone, or reachable only through a personal invitation link.
- Legal pages on boardPrivacy policy, legal notice and terms of participation as subpages, linked from the form.

Registration lives on the page. And in the guest list.
The registration form is a block on the landing page: fields, plus-ones, workshop choice, ticket types and payment, set up just like in event registration. Every registration is a guest in the guest list, capacity updates as people sign up, and the confirmation goes out with a ticket. There is nothing to export from the website.
- Public or invite-onlyOpen registration for everyone, or prefilled for guests with a personal link.
- With tickets and paymentTicket types, add-ons, promo codes and payment providers from event ticketing.
- Mobile firstPage and form are built for phones; that is where most guests register.
- More about the formFields, conditions and capacity limits in event registration software.
Your domain, your design, your sender. Your brand up front.
The event website runs on your domain and in your brand design: logo, colors, fonts and imagery set once apply to the landing page, invitation, ticket and event app. White label means guests see your company, not the software behind it.
Event pages, emails and tickets that carry your brand, not ours.
Whatever the blocks don’t cover, AirLST integrates on request as an additional module.
Concept, UX/UI design and build for galas, customer events and roadshows; details on the pricing page.
An event website collects data. That is why it runs on the same platform as your guest list.
Registrations from your website don’t end up in a separate form tool; they go into AirLST: hosted in Germany, consent stored with each guest, privacy policy and terms of participation as subpages linked from the form.
- Hosted in GermanyPages and registration data on servers in Germany.
- GDPR-compliantConsent per guest, data processing agreement and deletion policy in the Trust Center.
- TISAX-assessedTISAX is the information security assessment standard of the automotive industry; AirLST has been assessed against it.
The website is where a visitor becomes a guest.
The invitation leads there, the page convinces, the form registers, the guest list takes over. Ticket, event app and check-in keep working with the same record.
If you build many events for many clients, see event agencies; conference websites with program, hotel and registration are covered under conference management. Telefónica runs events with 2,000 attendees on reusable landing pages, ticket templates and emails in its own design, see the case study.
What is an event landing page?
An event landing page is the web page where guests learn about an event and register: it says what is happening, when, where and how to attend, and it contains the registration form. An event website with subpages adds agenda, speakers, hotel and travel, FAQ and contact. An event website builder creates both from content blocks without coding, in several languages, on your own domain and in your corporate design.
In AirLST, the event website is the face of your event and the entrance to your guest list at the same time: the form on the page is your event registration, every registration is a guest, every RSVP shows up in the dashboard. Undecided visitors should be persuaded to register, decided ones should be done quickly, and registered guests come back later to check directions or the program. That is why the page has to be appealing, clear and easy to scan, and why it belongs to the platform rather than to a separate site builder.
The landing page is the face of your event. And the form on it is your guest list.
How do you create an event website with AirLST?
- Choose a template and design. Design template, logo, colors, fonts, imagery; the design applies to page, emails, ticket and app.
- Build the home page. Title with image, the essentials at the top: what, when, where, register; agenda, venue and directions below.
- Add subpages. Agenda, speakers, hotel and travel, FAQ, contact, legal pages, from the same blocks, with navigation.
- Add registration. The form from event registration as a block: fields, plus-ones, ticket types, payment, capacity.
- Languages and domain. Language versions for each page; custom domain and sender from Professional, setup included.
- Publish and maintain. Preview, go live, edit any time; program and speakers update on the page and in the app at once.
What makes a good event landing page?
A landing page works when visitors do what it asks them to do: register. To get there, it has to match what visitors want to know, be quick to take in, show a visible call to action and give a first impression of what the event feels like. So the first rule is: simplify. Nothing hurts more than a cluttered page that hides the information and loads slowly.
What’s happening? When? Where? How do I register? How do I get there? Everything else comes after.
Prioritize the information: the reason for the event, the date and registration come first and are visible without scrolling; agenda, venue and directions follow further down. The second rule is: build a connection. An image at the top captures the identity of the event, the logo sits top left, the headline actually says something, and the registration button carries a concrete call to action. On phones this matters twice as much, because that is where most guests arrive. The webpage builder is designed around this: templates with this hierarchy, blocks that know your event, and a form that doesn’t send people elsewhere but registers them.
What does the event website work with?
With invitation emails that link to the page, event registration as the form on the page, event ticketing for ticket types and payment, the guest list where every registration lands, the event app as the place during the event, and event reporting.
- Event agencies: many websites for many clients, each in the client’s design
- Conference management: program, speakers, hotel and registration as subpages
- Trade show management: visitor registration with time slots on the trade show website
- Pricing: design templates, custom domain, custom landing pages as a service
