Platform fee for paid events. For paid events processed through the platform, AirLST charges a platform fee of 4% of the gross cart value (ticket prices including paid extras), plus statutory VAT where applicable. The platform fee applies regardless of any fees charged by the payment provider.

How much does event management software cost?
With AirLST you choose a license and add volume as you need it. The Suite starts at $99 per month, billed annually; a single event starts at $299 plus a guest package. AirLST is free for up to 50 guests per event.
Is there a free plan or free trial?
Yes. AirLST is free for up to 50 guests per event, and you can test the platform for three months without obligation. If you would like a walkthrough first, book a demo.
How much does an event app cost?
The AirLST Event App starts at $799 per month with an annual license (3,000 app users included) or at $799 per event plus a user package. Premium features such as push notifications or chat are available individually or as bundles.
Why is the event app not available monthly?
The event app is used around specific events rather than every day. For a single event the per-event license is the right choice; from about two events per year the annual license brings the price per event down considerably.
What happens if we go over the included number of guests?
You can add a guest package at any time (500, 1,000, 2,000 or 5,000 guests); the larger the package, the lower the price per guest. With annual licenses the guest volume applies across all events.
How does pricing work for paid events?
For paid events processed through the platform, AirLST charges a platform fee of 4% of the gross cart value (ticket prices including paid extras), plus applicable VAT. The fee applies in addition to any payment provider fees. Free events carry no platform fee.
Do the prices include taxes?
No. All prices are net prices and exclude applicable taxes. Prices on this page are shown in US dollars; you can also switch to the euro list prices.
Where is our event data stored?
All data is stored exclusively in Germany. AirLST is GDPR-compliant and TISAX-assessed (the information security assessment standard of the automotive industry), and we provide a data processing agreement.
