The challenge

Recurring events, fresh every year.

AirLST has worked with ENGIE (formerly COFELY) on a regular basis since 2014. The formats come back year after year: meetings scheduled at the trade show booth, golf events and classic customer invitations.

With recurring events, the challenge is not to stand still: each event should reinvent itself and gain new features. In 2018, GDPR added another requirement: a reliable basis for consent across all future events.

The AirLST solution

One system for trade shows, invitations and consent.

In 2018, AirLST and ENGIE took on GDPR together. Since then, the AirLST system has been the leading source of GDPR permissions for all future events.

AirLST also covers a wide range of other event functions for ENGIE. Contacts and their appointments during trade shows, for example, are managed and updated in AirLST.
