About AirLST: We love events. Since 2009.
It all started with guest lists for restaurants and clubs. Today AirLST runs invitations, registrations, tickets and check-ins for government ministries, trade shows, Oktoberfest tents and some of Germany’s largest companies. What hasn’t changed: the joy of guests arriving and everything just working.

The AirLST leadership team
Since 2014 AirLST has made attendee management simple, scalable and on-brand, from the invitation to check-in. Behind the platform is a leadership team that owns product, technology and customer success, and that grew AirLST from a guest list tool into a SaaS platform for the international market.

From guest list to platform
AirLST GmbH, headquartered in Munich, has been an established partner in the event market since 2014: from government ministry meetings to large-scale events such as the finale of Germany’s Next Topmodel or the summer party of Munich Airport. Here’s how we got there.

Chapter 1 · 2007–2011At the door
-
2007
The first iPhone
In late 2007 the first iPhone reaches Europe, and the iPad follows in 2010. Suddenly an entire event fits in one hand. We can’t stop thinking about it.
-
2009
Where it all began
We build an online reservation system that lets restaurants and clubs manage their reservations and guest lists. The list is born.
-
2010
The concept works
Demand grows, and with every customer request the tool grows a little too.
-
2011
Companies come knocking
More and more companies run their events through the reservation tool. New requirements, higher expectations, and we realize: this is where it gets exciting.

Chapter 2 · 2012–2016The platform
-
2012
From tool to platform
The guest list becomes an event registration platform, with event landing pages, invitation emails, ticketing and access control.
-
2013
Events that cost money
Invoicing and payment reminders arrive. From now on, paid events run entirely on AirLST.
-
2014
Cheers to Oktoberfest
AirLST GmbH is an established partner in the event market, and the first Oktoberfest tents in Munich rely on us. If you can handle Oktoberfest reservations, you can handle almost anything.
-
2015
The team grows
Project management and customer service join and support customers across every step of attendee management. Software alone doesn’t make a great event.
-
2012
-
Chapter 3 · 2017–2019The big stages
-
2017
First DAX customers
The first companies from the DAX, the index of Germany’s largest listed companies, come on board. Together with event managers and agencies, we work out what company-wide event software really has to do. Then we build exactly that.
-
2018
Cleared for takeoff with Munich Airport
Munich Airport becomes a customer, and AirLST establishes itself as a reliable partner for large-scale events.
-
2019
Test drive passed
For the automotive industry we build digital logbooks that make test drives easy to manage in a structured way.

Chapter 4 · 2020–todayDo it yourself
-
2020
The AirLST Studio
Customers now design their event landing pages and invitations themselves: manage, design, send.
-
2023
The new AirLST Core
A new core goes into production. Every attendee management process gets faster and better, and a wide range of new features arrives.
-
2024
Self-service for everyone
AirLST becomes available as full self-service, a big step for our international rollout.
-
2025
Ready for the enterprise
AirLST becomes an enterprise system. Large corporations run their entire event programme on one platform: many teams, separate permissions, templates in their corporate design and connections to CRM and IT. Many events, one standard.
-
2026
One prompt. Your event.
AI transforms AirLST too. Through the AirLST MCP server, your own AI assistant works right inside AirLST: you describe your event, it builds the event website and registration form. You review and publish.

TodaySuite and Event App, one platform
More than 30,000 events, over 20 million attendees, and the guest list from back then is now a platform from the first invitation to the last check-in. We’d love to write the next chapter with you.

What drives us
Every guest counts
Behind every row on a guest list is a person looking forward to an evening. That’s who we build software for, not spreadsheets.
From Munich, with care
Built in Munich, hosted in Germany, TISAX-assessed (the information security standard of the automotive industry) and GDPR-compliant. Your guest data is in good hands.
Real people, no hold music
You talk to the people who build the platform and support your event. No call center, no ticket number without a face.
