The challenge

One platform for many events and many sales reps.

medi needed a flexible enterprise solution for recurring events in different formats. Because of how the industry works, attendees and guests had to be assigned to different sales reps, and individual reps were to get their own attendee quotas.

The brand mattered too: every landing page, email and ticket had to follow medi's corporate design, at every event.

The AirLST solution

On-brand templates, quotas per sales rep.

Because medi has to launch its events on short notice, AirLST relies on standardized landing page templates that are quick and easy to adapt. Individual quotas were set up for the sales reps.

medi's corporate design is built into every template and ticket. From one event to the next, only the event-specific content such as text and images is swapped.

The result

30 events, one template, a quota for every sales rep.

With AirLST, medi ran 30 events with 4,500 attendees and 18,000 emails. Sales reps manage their guests through their own quotas, and landing pages, emails and tickets carry medi's corporate design at every event. A new event only needs new text and images.

FAQ

medi case study FAQ

What did medi need from an event platform?

medi was looking for a flexible enterprise solution for recurring events in different formats. Attendees and guests had to be assigned to individual sales reps, reps needed their own attendee quotas, and every landing page, email and ticket had to match medi's corporate design.

How do attendee quotas per sales rep work?

Each guest is assigned to a sales rep, and each rep gets an individual attendee quota in AirLST. Quotas are part of event registration, so the numbers stay in the same system as the guest list.

How can recurring events be launched on short notice?

medi works with standardized landing page templates that already carry the corporate design. For each new event, the team only swaps the event-specific content such as text and images, so a new event is ready quickly.

How many events and emails did medi run on AirLST?

The project covers 30 events with 4,500 attendees and 18,000 emails, all in medi's corporate design.

Where is the event data stored?

AirLST is GDPR-compliant and hosted in Germany. It is also TISAX-assessed, the information security assessment standard of the automotive industry.
