How many seats can I manage in a seating plan?

The number of seats is virtually unlimited. Our system is designed to efficiently handle everything from small exclusive dinners to large halls with thousands of seats.

Which seating and table plans are supported?

We support flexible layouts: from classic row seating and parliamentary setups to round banquet tables or custom lounges. You can upload existing plans or configure them directly in the editor.

Can I link the seating plan with my guest list?

Yes, the integration is seamless. You can drag and drop guests directly from the list onto their seats. Any changes in the guest list are immediately reflected in the seating plan.

How does real-time check-in work with the seating plan?

Once a guest is scanned at the entrance, the corresponding seat in the digital plan changes color. This allows the on-site team to always see which seats are already occupied.

Can I define VIP areas in the seating plan?

Absolutely. You can create different categories and quotas, color-code areas, and restrict access to specific seat groups for defined guest groups (e.g., VIPs or press).

Is the seating plan available on mobile devices?

Yes, the tool is fully responsive. Hosts can use the plan on tablets or smartphones to guide guests to their seats or make last-minute changes on the spot.
