We've revamped the AirLST Check-in App, giving it a fresh new design and tweaking its features. Managing attendee lists and event check-in should be as simple, clear, and fast as possible.
That's why, when redesigning the Check-in App we focused on user-friendliness, speed, and straightforward menu navigation. This means you'll spend less time organizing your attendee lists, checking in guests, or searching for information. Your full attention can then be directed to other aspects of your event.
The AirLST Check-in App supports you during your event, checks in your attendees, and ensures you always have an eye on your guest list, even on the go. With its new design, it looks sleeker than ever. When you open the Check-in App, you'll notice the new, clean look. Ample white space provides a clear structure and a well-arranged menu layout.
Furthermore, you can now customize the Check-in App even better to your requirements. In the settings, you define which content you need. Only this content will then be displayed, making the Check-in App as lean as possible and as functional as necessary.
You will also notice that the general navigation structure has been improved. If you manage multiple guest lists you can first select the one you need from all lists, or activate multiple guest lists simultaneously in the settings.
Within the guest lists, some functions, such as filters or querying guest details, are now handled in pop-up windows. This makes navigation within the Check-in App faster because you don't have to leave your list and can return to it immediately.

When checking in individual guests, the Notifications show what additional information you have stored for a guest. For example, it will display which workshop the guest is attending if they were able to choose between several options during the registration process. This information will appear in a pop-up window as soon as you check in the guest using the check-in app.
Even if guests never responded and consequently did not receive a confirmed status in your list, but still show up at the event, this will be indicated in a notification, and you will be asked if the guest should still be checked in. In your settings, you can pre-define which status allows a check-in and determine how unregistered guests are handled.

Checking in companions has also become more streamlined. Whether and how many companions (companions) a guest has registered is indicated next to their name with a +x . As soon as you click the companions , they are listed by name and can be checked in separately. If no names were collected beforehand, the companions are listed as unknown guest launched.
