Questions about the meeting
How long is the meeting?
About 15 minutes, online. We walk through the platform live, based on your event format: invitation, registration, guest list and check-in. You can ask questions at any point.
Is the meeting free?
Yes. The meeting is free and comes with no obligation. Afterwards you can use AirLST for free for up to 50 guests per event and try it for three months; plans and prices are on the pricing page.
Which time zone are the times in?
In yours. The calendar shows open times in the time zone of your browser, and you can switch it with the selector above the calendar. The confirmation email names the time in that time zone, and the calendar file adds the meeting at the right local time.
Who from our team should join?
Whoever runs the events and whoever decides on tools. Many teams bring someone from IT or data protection when integrations, roles or hosting are a topic, so those questions get answered in the same call.
Can we send our requirements in advance?
Yes. Use the note field when you book, or write to kontakt@airlst.com. A short description of the event, the number of guests and the steps from invitation to check-in is enough. If you would rather talk first, use the contact form.
