UPDATE: Introducing our new AirLST Backend

we've spent the last few weeks and months to improve the user-friendliness of our software and to develop new features that make working with AirLST easier. As part of this, we have also the backend updated and are excited to present it today, brand new and fresh. Event communication becomes even more convenient with the email template editor and the new ticket editors. In addition to the menu bar and the toolbox, all of the pop-ups and alerts received a new look.

Among our new features you can discover a Placeholder Manager, Default Table Settings (Set default table presets), a new Media Manager (Drag & Drop), as well as automated fields for privacy and new preview functions . In the settings, you can precisely define which features you want to use, ensuring your user interface remains clear and functional.

A new overview of your events and guest lists

In your account, all your events are now displayed in a clear Grid View displayed. A preview image allows for quick visual identification of your planned events, and each event is marked with its current status and an overview of the current responses indicated. With a single click, you can then access the guest list editing mode or the event landing page.

Using the view and sort function you can also display your events again in table view and sort them as desired. 


The new Email Template Editor

The new Email Template Editor simplifies the planning and structuring of your guest communication. You simply assign the appropriate email templates to your event and edit everything in one place. With the help of labels (Save The Date, Invitation, Confirmation, Cancellation, Reminder, Follow-up, Newsletter, Other) you can group and identify the individual templates even better. 

The new view also makes sending an email to multiple guests easier. If a recipient does not have an email address, this will now also be shown in the preview displayed more clearly. Additionally, the sending to multiple recipients will now appear directly as a popover within the guest list, so you don't have to leave the guest list. The status bar always indicates which step of the email sending process you are currently in.

In addition to the sending process itself, the view after sending a message has also been redesigned. Here you can now see all important information at a glance and no longer have to click through multiple tabs. Our new message history also quickly shows whether a message was delivered or failed. And additionally, you can now also evaluate the number of opens and clicks, if the message was successfully delivered.

The new ticket editors for PDFs and Wallets

Tickets can now also be quickly and easily created as Wallet or PDF in the new editor. 

To simplify the creation and editing of a Wallet Ticket , we have introduced a simple Click & Edit concept . All editable elements of the Wallet Ticket can be clicked in the preview window and edited directly in the editor.

For the creation of PDF Tickets the editor works very similarly. You can select different elements of the ticket by clicking on them and then editing them. Various templates are available for editing. Of course, we also create customized templates according to your personal wishes.
