Good things come to those who wait. AirLST now features a preview function for mailings. When you log into the backend to design emails for your participants, you won't just see the status of your work in the email template builder, but you can also view the finished look of the email in preview mode before sending. This allows you to quickly and easily answer questions like: "Are all contents and images displayed correctly?" Furthermore, the preview function displays not only emails but also your attachments – such as tickets.
This works for individual emails as well as for sending bulk mailings. If messages are sent to multiple recipients, the recipient list appears to the left of the preview. If you click on individual recipients, you will see the individualized email that will be sent to that recipient. This allows you to check at any time whether personalizations are displayed correctly or if the guest is in the right guest group.
The preview function therefore allows you to check how the finished email will look. Of course, it's also possible to send a test email to see how the invitation or reminder appears in your inbox.
