“Unfortunately, I don't have a photo for you today” is one of the most famous phrases in German show history. With an 18.5% market share and 2.73 million viewers annually, Germany's Next Topmodel is one of ProSiebenSat1 Media SE's most important shows. The invitation and RSVP process needed to be stylish, hip, and trendy. While VIPs have precise seating arrangements, the majority of tickets are sold publicly through ProSiebenSat1 Media SE's in-house shop. However, all guests must be accredited on-site using software.

Our programmers had free rein when developing the RSVP page, emails, and tickets. Features included trailer integration, varied content based on user group and authorization, a countdown to show day, and detailed travel information per guest via Google Maps integration – just to name a few. We receive data for sold tickets from ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE's own ticket management system, "Tickethall," and feed it into the AirLST customer account. This allows both the sold barcode tickets and our QR code tickets for VIPs to be scanned and verified using the same app and an iPhone. On-site, we assist the event team with training hostesses on the AirLST Pro App and provide support throughout the evening.
