The Event App is event-driven — it's used specifically around events, not in day-to-day operations. For a single event, the per-event license is the right choice. For regular events from two per year onwards, the annual license offers a significantly lower per-event price.

Yes, both products can be used independently. The Suite focuses on guest and invitation management, while the Event App is the mobile companion app for attendees. When used together, you benefit from a unified data pool and reduced setup effort.

You can add a guest package at any time (500 / 1,000 / 2,000 / 5,000) — the larger the package, the lower the cost per record. With annual licenses, the record pool is unified across all events.

API access is included in Professional and Enterprise. SSO integration and custom integrations (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365) are available as part of the Enterprise implementation.

For paid events, AirLST charges a platform fee of 4% of the gross cart value (ticket prices including paid add-ons) plus applicable VAT. The platform fee is charged independently of any fees from the payment service provider. No platform fee applies for free events.

All data is stored exclusively in Germany. We are GDPR-compliant, TISAX-certified, and provide a data processing agreement (DPA). Individual data protection agreements can be signed on request.
