The AirLST PWA Event App is the mobile experience of the AirLST Suite and serves as the central touchpoint for participants before, during, and after the event. As a Progressive Web App (PWA), it can be used without an app store download, is fully white-label capable, and is deeply integrated into AirLST’s guest, ticketing, and event management system.
The goal of the Event App is to create a consistent, personalized, and scalable event experience — from the initial invitation and agenda usage to on-site processes and feedback. At the same time, AirLST ensures that all interactions flow into a clean, centralized data model that can be used for CRM, reporting, and follow-up processes.
Our Event App replaces printed programs, notice boards, and email overload with a single mobile “event hub” — improving both the participant experience and the workflows for the organizing team. As a Progressive Web App (PWA), it can be opened directly via link or QR code and then installed like a traditional app, with an icon on the device and launch as a standalone app — without any app store barrier.
In terms of content, the Event App ensures that all relevant information is always within reach: agenda and session schedules, speaker profiles, venue and room maps, exhibitor directories, documents, and last-minute updates. Push notifications are ideal for reminders, room changes, or “starting now” alerts — while important messages remain visible in the app as well.
The second major advantage is interaction: live polls, feedback forms, Q&A, and community features increase engagement and deliver instantly usable feedback.
