The online registration of your event can be created as an open or password-protected page. This means that your guests can log in online with or without a password. This is suitable for every event format — whether it's a major public event or an exclusive management meeting.
Place various fields as needed and link them logically — including mandatory fields and “if-then conditions” for complete and error-free reporting. In addition to guest data, all relevant information about event logistics, such as travel details, transfers or hotel accommodation, can also be recorded.
Grouped, dynamic or limited query fields also enable complex data collection — without losing track of things. Choose between text fields, drop-down menus or radio buttons and design your online registration in clearly structured blocks or with dynamic elements that adapt depending on the input.
In addition to their own registration, your guests can register one or more accompanying persons. In this case, the online registration opens additional fields for the accompanying person to query the data. After online registration, you can provide your guests with a personalized change link. In this way, data can be viewed independently and adjusted as required — without your administrative intervention. All changes or cancellations are automatically documented in the guest list and remain transparent at all times.
Your online registration can, of course, handle quotas and limits. As soon as a number of participants defined by you is reached, registration is automatically closed and a separate waiting list is opened. Both the maximum limits and the behavior when a quota is reached can be individually adjusted according to your requirements.
