Nurturing new talent is crucial. Once a year, the IHK Ulm honors its top graduates at the 'Best of…' event. Participant management for this event offers a high degree of autonomy to attendees. For instance, participants are responsible for uploading their own photos, defining their accompanying guests, and ensuring everyone receives the necessary event information.

Efficiently importing large volumes of data is one of the key challenges in this project. Core information, such as the number of authorized accompanying guests or seating areas, is defined decentrally before being imported into the AirLST system. Thanks to the high-performance upload function, all information is then centrally available for further processing.
Once invited, guests complete their own data and add the necessary details – such as accompanying guests – for the event day.
On the day of the event, the IHK naturally uses the AirLST system and conducts check-ins using our proprietary app. Scanning each ticket simultaneously triggers the automated printing of the name badge and place card.
