How long does the implementation take?

From briefing to go-live typically takes 5 working days. The total duration depends on the speed of your feedback. The process is clearly structured: briefing, design, feedback, implementation, go-live.

Can I use the template for multiple events?

Yes. The template is created once and can then be reused indefinitely for all your events — whether 10, 20 or 50 per year.

Are the email templates displayed correctly in all clients?

Yes. All email templates are thoroughly tested — in Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail and other common clients. This ensures your brand is displayed consistently everywhere.

What do you need from us to get started?

To get started we need your CI guidelines (logo, colours, fonts), any examples of existing communications, and a brief description of the event context. In the kick-off briefing we will clarify all requirements together.

Can the template be expanded later?
