AirLST Solution

The AirLST system features a proxy function for invitations. This means that not only the invitees themselves, but also the designated proxies receive access to the system. This ensures that all relevant data is managed and maintained in the correct system. The re-login function allows data to be modified repeatedly, accommodating constantly changing schedules. Furthermore, VISA registration took place via the AirLST system.

Prior to the event, the guests were divided into a variety of workshops by the event team. Using the AirLST SMS function, participants were reminded of their next appointment ten minutes before each workshop. This service was very well received by all participants, as internet-based communication was not possible due to the local situation.

During the three-day event, we were responsible for both accreditation and the on-site hospitality desk.
