Our client organizes movie premieres for Amazon Prime, inviting VIPs, actors, and employees. Additionally, sweepstakes are held for fans, offering tickets to fan premieres. This requires a landing page and registration template that can be adapted for new movie titles and is designed in the Amazon Prime Video style. To gather robust statistics from the sweepstakes, it's also crucial to track which advertising channels lead fans to the event landing page.

AirLST Solution

We develop a template in the look & feel of Amazon Prime Video. An interchangeable header allows for different premieres to be featured. Specific data regarding the venue and times can be easily adjusted in the backend.

For the fan sweepstakes, we set up an open registration. Channel-specific passwords are created for various social media platforms, allowing us to identify which channel fans used to apply for the premiere. After registration, a draw determines which fans have won a ticket. All participants are notified, and the winners receive a premiere ticket.

To register VIPs, actors, and employees, we set up a closed registration. A personal access code for registration is sent with the invitation. In the backend, it can be specified how many accompanying persons each guest can bring. Tickets for the event are sent with the confirmation email.
