A successful live production requires a multitude of different participants: guests, influencers, presenters, and a large number of VIPs made up the mix here. Each group of participants had different access rights for various event parts and areas. All access rights were managed and controlled via AirLST's attendee management system.
The high degree of flexibility of the AirLST system allowed for seamless coverage of all requirements: from the individual distribution of event information and personalized escort quotas to access rights for specific seating areas.
All relevant information was managed via AirLST and made accessible to the guest in the form of a ticket printed on-site.
