Our Case Study for Zalando

Zalando

For Zalando's Digital Acceleration Summit, we collaborated with the agency untitled Project to execute a 3-day digital event. Nearly 30 speakers presented on various digital trends and solutions. Surveys were used to gauge sentiment and evaluate trends. Participants could engage in targeted discussions with industry experts on specific topics in various discussion rooms. For entertainment during breaks, attendees could capture memories at a photo booth or chat with other participants in a private room. This required breakout rooms, live streaming, a content hub, a survey module, networking opportunities, and, of course, our participant management system.

AirLST Solution

We integrated the event into our new virtual event platform and linked it with our participant management solution. Content delivery was ensured through a reliable live stream and the event landing page, including a content hub. We fostered interaction and networking through our breakout rooms, a Q&A module, the chat function, and the integration of Wonder. The inclusion of a photo booth created a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
