Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

Supporting the customer service team in creating web projects for our customers

Helping the customer support team as part of customer support for our SaaS solution

Creating email campaigns for our clients' events

Support for our clients' events with our check-in system

Du bringst mit:

A current degree in media design, computer science or something with the Internet
A high affinity for digital tools and solutions
Understanding the technical context and a good eye for design and usability
First practical experience in design tools, programming languages or e-commerce topics
Strong communication skills, team spirit and a solution-oriented way of working
The willingness to travel to our clients' events from time to time (approximately once or twice a month)
Good German and good English
