Our story

The idea for AirLST was born in Munich in 2011. As a side project of the agency On the left the river Isar, A company with over 15 years of experience in digital communication, AirLST developed from a cloud-based software solution for participant management to today's company of the same name.

We are now working with agencies and companies from various industries. We will accompany you and your guests, employees and customers wherever you are and whatever you are planning - from small workshops to major sporting events, whether gala dinners or product launches. If you need assistance with participant management, we're here. The administration of guest lists, the creation of event websites, e-mail invitations, ticket creation and ticket delivery, as well as admission management are part of AirLST's service package.

Our mission

We are constantly working on improving our tool for your participant management and always finding the right solutions for our customers. Productive service and constructive contact with you are particularly important to us. We want to exceed expectations. Our goal is to develop the most advanced solution for participant management. And we're having fun doing it. With every project, we create something new. We want to reduce complexity and find solutions that make work easier — for us and for you. In doing so, we are driven by constant curiosity to discover and incorporate innovations and new technologies. We work with commitment to the visions of our customers and do everything we can to successfully implement your events. We firmly believe in the digital future of the event industry and are contributing to it with AirLST, the solution for digital participant management.

Our home

Based in Munich city center and in the immediate vicinity of the English Garden, AirLST is developing a creative, agile and international environment.
Here we are supplied with fruit and chocolates. Some of us are involved in a long history of soccer tournaments. We are super digital, the resulting purism on the analog desk is put into perspective by lots of colorful post-its and lovingly maintained plants. Car drivers are in the minority. Whether we come by bike or by public transport often depends on the weather. We're still looking for the perfect coffee, tea drinkers prefer very different flavors and the best ritual is mate anyway.
Our office is located on the 1st floor of FuturHaus. The first ultra-low-energy house in the heart of Munich. Here, we work to create a corporate culture that enables a creative team, a diverse culture, and an inspired community where we listen to and learn from one another. Our joint focus on good results and the desire for continuous improvement keep us on course for success.
