Processing of personal data

Each time you visit our website, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer. The following data is collected here:

• Information about the browser type and version used
• The user's operating system
• The user's Internet service provider
• The user's IP address
• date and time of access
• Websites from which the user's system accesses our website
• Websites that are accessed by the user's system via our website

The data is also stored in our system's log files. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user. The legal basis for the temporary storage of data is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. To do this, the user's IP address must be stored for the duration of the session. These purposes also include our legitimate interest in data processing in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. If the data is collected to provide the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.

Newsletters

When subscribing to the newsletter, the following data is collected:

• surname
• email

The data is collected to subscribe to the newsletter. It is stored until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. The legal basis for processing the data after the user has signed up for the e-mail newsletter is, if the user has given his consent, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

Contact form

The following data is requested in our contact form:

• name
• firm
• email
• phone number

This data is used to contact customers, make inquiries and make appointments. The legal basis for processing the data is Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR. The data is stored internally for the duration of the corresponding purpose.

Facebook Pixel

On the website, will. “Facebook pixels” from the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA, or if the user is based in the EU, Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.

With the help of the Facebook pixel, Facebook is on the one hand able to identify visitors to our online offer as a target group for displaying ads (so-called “Facebook ads”). Accordingly, we use the Facebook pixel to display the Facebook ads placed by us only to Facebook users who have also shown an interest in our online offering or who have certain characteristics (e.g. interests in specific topics or products, which are determined on the basis of the websites visited), which we transmit to Facebook (so-called “custom audiences.” With the help of the Facebook pixel, we can further understand the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical and market research purposes by seeing whether users were redirected to our website after clicking on a Facebook ad (so-called “conversion”).

The use of Facebook Pixel and the storage of “conversion cookies” are based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

Google Analytics

The website of “www.airlst.com” uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, text files that are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Your IP address will be abbreviated beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union and in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and abbreviated there. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide other services related to website activity and Internet usage to the website operator. According to Google, the IP address transmitted by your browser as part of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. Calendly

We use Calendly, an appointment scheduling service provided by Calendly LLC, 1315 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30309, USA. The data you enter when making an appointment will be sent to Calendly. Your data will then be transferred to the USA. This data is not passed on by us and Calendly to third parties and is only used for statistical purposes and the organization of appointments. The data is stored for the duration of the purpose. The legal basis for the processing of personal data described here, with the user's consent, is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

Google Re/marketing services

We use the marketing and remarketing services of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, (“Google”) for marketing and optimization purposes, to display ads relevant to you and to improve our campaign performance reports.
Google marketing services allow us to display ads for and on our website in a more targeted manner in order to only present users with ads that potentially match their interests. So-called tags are integrated into the website, with the help of which an individual cookie is stored on the user's device. This technology analyses the user's last visited websites, content that the user is interested in, previously clicked offers, technical information about the browser and operating system, referring websites and visit times. The IP address of users is also recorded. The IP address is not combined with user data within other Google offers.

The information collected about users by Google marketing services is transmitted to Google and stored on Google's servers in the USA. The Google marketing services we use include the “Google Ads” online advertising program. In the case of Google Ads, each Ads customer receives a different “conversion cookie.” Cookies can therefore not be traced via the websites of Ads customers. The information collected using the cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for ads customers who have opted for conversion tracking. Ads customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that personally identifies users. The legal basis for the processing of personal data described here is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR.

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Tag Manager is a tool that allows us to integrate tracking or statistics tools and other technologies on our website. The Google Tag Manager itself does not create user profiles, does not store cookies and does not carry out any independent analyses. It is only used to manage and play out the tools integrated via it. However, Google Tag Manager collects your IP address, which can also be transferred to Google's parent company in the United States.

Google Tag Manager is used on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

Google reCAPTCHA

Google reCAPTCHA is a SPAM protection service provided by Google Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4. This is also our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR. Google Fonts

This website uses Google Web Fonts, a service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

By integrating Google Web Fonts, Google collects your IP address and processes it. It cannot be ruled out that information may be transferred to a Google server, possibly in the USA or other third countries, and stored there.
We do not collect any data ourselves when using the Google Web Fonts service.

By using Google Web Fonts, we aim to be able to display uniform fonts on the user's device.

We use Cloudflare, a service provided by Cloudflare Inc., Westminster Bridge Road, 6th Floor, Riverside Building, County Hall London SE1 7PB. Cloudflare is a traffic optimization and distribution service provided by Cloudflare Inc. By integrating Cloudflare's features, the service filters all traffic that takes place via this website/app, i.e. the communication taking place via this website/app and the user's browser, and at the same time enables the collection of analytical data that this website/app contains.
