UPDATE: Introducing our new AirLST backend

We have used the last few weeks and months to ease of use to improve our software and new Features to develop that make working with AirLST easier. In this context, we also have the backend restated and are happy to present it brand new and fresh today. In the email template editor and the new editors for tickets, event communication is even more convenient. In addition to the menu bar and the Toolbox, also have all Pop-ups and Alerts get a new look.

Among our new features Can you a Placeholder Manager, Default table settings (Set default table presets), a new media manager (Drag & drop) as well as automated fields for Data protection and new Preview features discover. In the settings, you specify exactly which functions you want to use so that your user interface is displayed clearly and functionally.

A new overview of your events and guest lists

In your account, all events are now displayed in a clear overview Grid View displayed. A preview image ensures a quick visual classification of your planned events and each event is marked with its current status and an overview of the current feedbacks marked. With one click, you can go to the editing mode of the guest list or to the event landing page

About the View and sort function You can also display your events in the table view again and sort them as desired.


The new email template editor

The new Email template editor simplifies the planning and structuring of your guest communication. You simply assign the appropriate email templates to your event and edit everything on the spot. With the help of labels (Save The Date, Invitation, Confirmation, Cancellation, Reminder, Follow-Up, Newsletter, Other) You can group and identify the individual templates even better.

The new view also makes it easier to send an email to multiple guests. If a recipient does not have an email address, it is now also included in the preview displayed more clearly. In addition, the Dispatch to multiple people Now pop over directly within the guest list so that you don't have to leave the guest list. The Status bar Always shows which step in the email sending process you are currently at.

In addition to the sending itself, the view after sending a message has also been redesigned. Here you can now see everything important at a glance and no longer have to click through multiple tabs. Our new Message history It also shows very quickly whether a message was delivered or was incorrect. And in addition, you can now also determine the number of Evaluate openings and clicksif the message was delivered successfully.

The new ticket editors for PDFs and wallets

Tickets can now also be created quickly and easily as a wallet or as a PDF in the new editor.

To create and edit a Wallet tickets To simplify, we have a simple Click & edit concept introduced. All editable elements of the wallet ticket can be clicked on in the preview window and edited directly in the editor.

For creating PDF tickets The editor works in a very similar way. You can select various elements of the ticket by clicking on them and then editing them. Various templates are available for you to edit. Of course, we will also create for you customized templates according to your personal wishes.
