New preview feature for AirLST

The new preview shows you what your emails look like in your guests' inbox.

What lasts a long time will finally be good. AirLST now has a preview Function for mailings. When you log into the backend to design emails to your participants, you can see the status of your editing not only in the email template builder, But you can also view the finished look of the email in preview mode before sending it. Questions such as: “Are all content and images displayed correctly? “, can thus be clarified quickly and easily. In addition, the preview function not only shows emails, but also your attachments — such as tickets.

The whole thing works both for individual emails and for sending bulk mailings. If the messages go to multiple recipients, the recipient list appears to the left of the preview. If you click on individual recipients, you will see the individualized email that is sent to this recipient. In this way, it is possible to check at any time whether individualizations are being played out correctly or whether the guest is in the right guest group.

The preview function therefore makes it possible to check what the finished email will look like. Of course, it is also possible to send a test email to check how the invitation or reminder is displayed in your inbox.
