New design and features in the AirLST check-in app

We decided on the AirLST check-in app, gave it a new, fresh design and worked on the functions. The mobile management of Participant lists and check-in for an event should be as easy, clear and fast as possible.
That is why we decided to revise the Check-in app focused on ease of use, speed and straightforward menu navigation. This means that you need less time to organize your attendee lists, check in guests, or search for information. Your full focus can be on other aspects of your event.

New check-in app design

The AirLST check-in app accompanies you during your event, checks in your participants and ensures that you always have an eye on your guest list, even when you're on the go. In the new design, it looks more chic than ever before. When you open the check-in app, you'll notice the new, clean look. Plenty of white space ensures a clear structure and a clear layout of the menu.

In addition, you can now adapt the check-in app even better to your requirements. In the settings, you determine which content you need. Only these are then shown to you, so that the check-in app is as slim as possible and as functional as necessary.

You'll also notice that the overall navigation structure has been improved. If you have several guest lists , you can first select the one you need from all lists or activate several guest lists at the same time in the settings.

Within the guest lists, some functions, such as filters or querying guest details, are now operated in pop-up windows. This makes navigating within the check-in app faster because you don't have to leave your list and can return to it right away.

Notifications

When individual guests check in, they show Notifications Tell me what additional information you have stored for a guest. For example, it shows which workshop the guest is taking part in if they were able to choose between several options during the registration process. The information is displayed in a pop-up window as soon as you check in the guest using the check-in app.

Even though guests never get back to me and therefore no confirmed If you have received a status in your list but still show up for the event, this will be shown in a notification and you will be asked whether the guest should still be checked in. In your settings, you can define in advance which status allows a check-in and determine how to proceed with unregistered guests.

Checking in accompanying persons

The check-in of accompanying persons has also become easier. Whether and how many accompanying persons (Companions) a guest has logged in, in addition to their name, with a +x portrayed. As soon as you the Companions click on, they are listed by name and can be checked in separately. If no names have been collected in advance, the accompaniments are referred to as Unknown guest guided.
