Your tasks with us:
- You develop, manage and optimize our recruiting processes: From job design and requirement profiles to active search, selection processes and onboarding
- You establish an efficient applicant management system and manage the candidate pipeline
- You are an attentive interface between our teams and management, check current needs and have an open ear for all questions relating to applicant management
- Continuous data maintenance and professional applicant management
- Development and compliance with high quality standards in the talent acquisition process
You bring with you:
- You have experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- You enjoy optimizing processes and rethinking them
- You have strong interpersonal skills and a communicative, friendly appearance
- You are familiar with current software tools and social networks and have a feel for the latest recruiting trends
- You are fluent in German and English
- You are open and a team player
